At Stepping Stone Music Company there's a place for everyone! 


Stepping Stone Music Company is a home music studio established by Liisa Nessim which offers private individual and group lessons in a variety of instruments. Located in the Fraser Valley, Stepping Stone Music Company focuses on encouraging musical growth with lessons designed for the individual skill and ability of each student. Whether you're brand new to music or just want to brush up on your skills there's a place for you here!


Offering private lessons in a variety of instruments, our goal is to encourage each student in their love of music. Lessons are based on a weekly half hour block and are available in Piano, Voice, Ukulele, Guitar, Music Theory, Trumpet, and French Horn. 


If you are preparing for your school band program, auditioning for a musical or university program, or you simply have always wanted to learn an instrument, Stepping Stone Music Company will help guide you along the way to accomplishing your musical goals!

Our teachers specialize in a range of instruments including Voice, Piano, Guitar, Ukulele, French Horn, Trumpet, Baritone, Euphonium, and Trombone.

Group Lessons: 


In conjunction with Calvin Music Academy, Liisa offers a number of group lessons in Ukulele and Guitar for both Beginners and Intermediate players. These classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays at Calvin Presbyterian Church.  


You can also find $5 drop in ukulele and guitar classes also available at Calvin Music Academy. Bring your instrument and have fun learning new songs and playing with other uke/guitar players.
