Ben is the Brass instructor for Stepping Stone Music Company and studied Trumpet at Vancouver Community College.

Enjoying a wide variety of music, he plays regularly in the Fraser Valley symphony, the Cascadia Wind Ensemble, Valley Brass Quintet and Gin & Tall tales.

He also occasionally plays as a sub in the Moonliters Big Band and the Golden Ears Jazz Band.

While Ben specializes in trumpet technique and performance, he is also able to coach lower brass instruments such as trombone, baritone, and euphonium.
